  1. I know exactly what you mean. I teach high school English. I was den leader for several years, and it clarified for me exactly why I shouldn’t be left alone with small children who are not mine. I was also in the situation once where I taught fifth grade for three weeks. It was the three longest years of my life. I’m staying with my high school kiddos!

  3. I teach kindergarten. I could never teach high school! Good thing we all find the right grade!

      Yeah, it’s funny that way. I have a friend who teaches kindergarten in Cincinnati who says the same thing.

  4. Me either. Middle School, for me, would be even worse. But then, I bailed on the career before I got to it.
